We’re sorry to hear that you’re not fully satisfied with your order! At Amber Lane, we aim to make the return process as simple and smooth as possible.
Return Policy
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our warehouse is located in Asia, so please be aware that international return shipping costs can range between $20 and $40.
We highly recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return, as Amber Lane cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

Step 1: Contact Us
Contact us through the contactpage with your order number and reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.
Step 2: Send Your Package
After receiving return instructions, send your items to the address provided by our team.
Always use a shipping method with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so we strongly recommend choosing a traceable and insured shipping option.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may change your mind after placing an order.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipping and cannot be cancelled.

Important Notes
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached, and show no signs of use or damage.
- Amber Lane reserves the right to refuse returns if items appear used, damaged, or not returned in their original state.
- All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
- If the return is caused by the customer (for example, an unwanted item or wrong size), the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
The specific fee depends on the shipping carrier you choose. - Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
